North Central Missouri Child Advocacy Center's Dinner Theater

The North Central Missouri Children's Advocacy Center held a dinner theater on April 11th and 12th at Pleasant View R-6 School.  Over 150 people attended the play and over $2500 was raised to support the Children's Advocacy Center.  Full story at ncmcac.typepad.com

Funding Opportunity

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is announcing a new initiative addressing the prevention of teen dating and sexual violence entitled:  Building Healthy Teen Relationships.   

This initiative will support the creation and evaluation of comprehensive community-based models of prevention that aim to decrease relationship violence and increase positive, protective relationship skills. Up to eight geographically and ethnically diverse sites will receive up to $250,000 per year for up to 48 months.
