Missouri KidsFirst encourages you to: learn the facts about child abuse and neglect, and understand the risks; keep communication with children open; stay alert for signs of possible abuse; act on suspicions of abuse by calling the Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-392-3738; and get involved in child abuse prevention. Child Abuse Prevention is the responsibility of each of us.
